Dataset Directory: Directory Search

Find secondary data for your disability research. Search results include a link to a summary dataset description and a detailed full profile containing more details including a direct link to the dataset's primary website and documentation.

Filter by Criteria

Select one or more checkboxes and click the Submit button. All datasets that include any of the criteria will be displayed.

Description:

Description: Country

Description: Availability/Limitations/requirements for accessing data.

Description: Data based on Administrative or clinical records, or collected by survey.

Description: Type(s) of disability/impairment identified: (e.g., functional limitations, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), etc.).

Description: Diagnosis or self report of specific health or medical condition. Please note - datasets with ICD-9/10 diagnostic codes may include any/all of the conditions listed.

Description: The population from which the dataset sample is drawn.

Description: Agency or entity responsible for dataset compilation.

Description: Design of study: longitudinal (repeated observations over time), cross sectional (observation at a single point in time).

Description: The most basic unit on which data is collected on (e.g., individual, facility).

About Us

The goal of the Northeast ADA Center is to educate and empower all ADA stakeholders throughout New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands to increase their knowledge of the ADA and to support them to include people with disabilities in local communities and to implement the ADA in their own lives, workplaces, businesses, and communities.

The Northeast ADA Center is a member of the ADA National Network funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR grant number 90DPAD0003). We provide information, guidance, and training on implementation of all aspects of the ADA. Our center is located at the Yang-Tan Institute at Cornell University’s ILR School. Our staff consists of individuals with and without disabilities who have extensive experience in the disability field.
